I am trying to uninstall nortona antivirus 2003 but it just doesn't do
anything when it gets to "unpublishing product features". is there another
way to uninstall it

Well...you might try praying.....lighting 2 black and 3 puce candles
alternately, and blowing out your PC innards with compressed air. 'Cause,
Norton is like the gift that keeps on giving...once you have it,
well....whatever method there is available to get rid of it, it's going to
take a lot of the first two anyway.

May the Force be with you. <VPN>

I just uninstalled NAV on several machines and installed AVG and not a
problem. Does not seem to matter if anything might be left behind if this
all you want to do.
