Any good all-in-one "anti-software?

Besides the normal AntiVirus protection, what is your opinion of or
ratings of good software that ALSO gives good protection against
worms, trojans, scripts, backdoor, and other malware?

I already have ZoneAlarm pro firewall.

Free trojan software - Does anyone know of any software that will get rid of trojans? I've been using Adaware for a long time, but it didn't stop me getting a trojan. All the software I've tried such as Trojan Hunter to ID infections but want money to remove them. Any clues? ....
