Hello. I got an email from someone I think would like to harm my reputation. I opened the email before I realized who it was from. I have good anti-virus software but no anti-spyware software. Is there a shareware version or trial version of some good anti-spyware program that I can run to see if I have any harmful spyware on the PC? Thanks.
