Post subject: Freeserve Broadband Help
Archived from groups: alt>comp>anti-virus (more info?)

I just bought freeserve bb and im having trouble.Ive installed it and
registered by phone.And i now have all the details and confirmation
emails.However it says it instruction book.Both lights should be green but 1
of em are red.If any others are using freeserve bb.As i cant get this red
light to go green grrrrrrrrrr.Regards Mat Sorry for postin offtopic and
before anyone asks i no the newsgroups a anti virus site...

so why the hell post here rather than a freeserve group, or
broadband.uk ??

There is usually a set up period, for BT to activate your line.

After that, the light should go green and you should be fine.

Try asking freeserve when it is ready - their website should provide a
tracking service for new orders. My isp does.
