Post subject: scanning attached files?
Archived from groups: alt>comp>anti-virus (more info?)

When I receive an e-mail with an attached file, is there anyway to
scan it for viruses before opening it or pointing to it? If so, which
are the steps I must take? I use windows98 and Outlook Express service
pack 1, and Norton 2003.

should be able to first save at the disk ... then scan : )
