Archived from groups: alt>comp>virus (more info?)

I just installed McAfee Internet Security Suite. It found a few
infected files with W32/Blaxe.worm. A few of them McAfee was unable
to clean or delete. It was able to quarrantine them, even though it
couldn't clean or delete them, and I disabled the System Restore, but
when I reboot the popup message comes back! I've clicked "Continue
what I was doing", but it keeps popping up.

Question #1 - how do I get rid of the worm if McAfee can't do anything
about it?
#2 - Should I re-enable the restore utility?
#3 - Should I ditch McAfee and try another virus program?
