Hi,

I'm running PC Cillin 2002. Love the program, but recently, it's been
unable to update... I kjeep getting the message 'The PC Cillin Server
Response timed out'.

I can manually download the latest virus definitions, but, was wondering if
there is a fix for this or if anyone can shed any light as to what might be
happening!!!

Many thanks,

Jon

Must be something in your setup, because I'm using it (on one machine)
and it's still updating just dandy.

Thanks for your reply... not the one I wanted to hear, I was hoping you'd
say the whole PC Cillin network had gone wrong, but, there you go!!!

Ah, back to PcCillin 2000 then, that one didn't have a time out. I could
get annoyed with those folks - I've bought 'lifetime' licenses for PCC
6, 7, and PcC 2000, iirc, and still they keep coming back and requiring
me to pay for an update because the old one mysteriously quits working.
