For the last time:

1) I was not served with a DMCA (or DCMA, as Dimbulb spells it)
2) Dimbulb's photo was never on my site host's server
3) My site host never contacted me re. site content
4) Angelfire never contacted me re. site content
5) GeoCities never contact me re. site content
6) I never apologized to Dimbulb.

What part of PARODY and SATIRE do you not understand?

You know I might , just might be willing to make a compromise, well
that is if you admit to stealing my image and using it without my
permission. I would then send you a *current* image of me if you
promise to use it *without* alliterating it in any form or fashion, and
give you permission to use it under those conditions. What do you say?

Send me the photo (new gallery addy, check the page) so I can look at
it. If it's up to the same, high-quality standards as all the other pics
in the gallery, then I'll post it -- AS IS -- as long as it's 100 pixels
x 150 pixels and a jpeg. If it's larger (or smaller) I'll have to resize
it.

Oh, and although "alliterating" is indeed a word, it's the WRONG WORD in
the context you used it. You meant ALTERING, you deliriously deranged
and developmentally-defective dimbulb!

winner, here, not once, but TWICE: Not only did Dimbulb send me a photo
for the gallery, but the initial photo he sent made him look like Zippy
The Pinhead resulting in him getting laughed at by everyone. AND...
He's now also my "friend" on myspace.

Actually seeing as how you "agreed" to my post and my post said that one of
the conditions of my sending the image was that you "admitted to and
apologized for" and you "agreed" by saying "Send me the photo", well of
course you can spin it any way you choose; but you and I both know you
"admitted" to stealing it; because of agreeing to remove it and replace it
with the one I sent. I don't want to start anything back up; but truth is
truth and no amount of your spinning it will change that.

You know I am starting to think you either don't have or for some reason
don't want anyone to see *current* images of you, hmmmm I wonder why?
