My Norton System Works 2003 got corrupter, so wanted to uninstall it.
Uninstall stopped half way and wouldn't complete. Than I tried to re install
it, but didn't work.
Now the "Turn off computer" and "Restart" won't work.
I am using Windows XP Home.
Anyone could help?

I would scan my disk.
Delete all of System Works files WITHOUT a formal uninstall in safe mode.
Clean my registry by hand after first exporting a copy for back-up.
If Xp works ok after a reboot, reinstall the program.
