Post subject: Please help with Symantec Client Secutiry / Anti-Virus
Archived from groups: alt>comp>anti-virus (more info?)

We just installed Client Security 3.0 on a Win2k server, which updated our
anti-virus to version 10. When I try to schedule auto scans, the option is
not available in the right pane of the interface. The Help file is clear
enough: after clicking on "scheduled scans" in the left pane, there should
be an option in the right pane to schedule new scans or modify current ones.
However, I can find nothing in the right pane at all. There are no menus,
right-click options, etc.

I've emailed Symantec to no avail. What in the world am I missing?

Thank you,

WJ
