Please help with Symantec Anti-Virus

I just installed an upgrade for my Small Business Edition to 8.0, server
with 5 licenses. During the installation on the server, which went
smoothly, I was required to change my password from the old 5-character
password to one with at least 6 characters. I added a "1" to the end of the
password, verified it by entering it a second time, it was accepted, and the
installation continued. However, now when I try to run the program it will
not accept my password.

I am locked out. Can anyone help?
