What happened to my Spybot

I installed an "update" to Spybot S&D and it now operates differently.
When started, it immediately goes into scan and then does deletions to
fix. Then it closes.
I think I remember it having a control panel and stopping to show what
it had found and asked for confirmation of what I wanted to delete.
Also, I think I remember a log of past actions. Am I thinking of
another program or did Spybot change on me?
