No, I have no idea......just let Spybot do the job it is intended to
do......which is find spyware and delete it. I don't bother to question
it....or AdAware (or Hijack This or CWS Shredder, grin).....but then I am
not paranoid (laughing at myself, not you.....btw)

To be on the safe side, just rename it. If everythings ok after
a few days, then delete it.
