Norton is detecting kbdusx.exe as a virus. It seems to be locked and I can't
heal, quarantine or delete it. It is in the C:\window\system32 directory.BTW
I ran AVG, Norton, Trend Micro and several spyware removal programs. My OS
is XP Pro. I searched for this file on my other XP machine and it doesn't
exist. What should I do to fix this problem?

Take the drive out of the computer and slave it to a trusted computer
with scanning software.

Then delete the offending file and scan the drive for other infectors.

Then de-frag the drive and re-install it in the original computer.

Yet another way is to boot with the original XP CD and go to the recovery
console command prompt. You have to know some old DOS commands. Change to
the system32 folder, and delete it. You may need to clear attributes for the
file first.
