Sorry, I don't know of any specific page, that addresses this problem.
Googling for the terms "e-card" and "trojaner" only provides links to
descriptions of various single malicious programs or mails, that hit
the mail boxes somewhen in the past, and caused a warning.
The problem is, that safety issues are not discussed in depth over
here, left alone described in such a way (or language) that Joe Average
might understand what is going on or trying to get hold on his PC. The
most pages give general advice like "use an AntiVirus program", and
that's it.
There are anti-trojan forums, but those are dealing with specific
cases; and only if a certain malware turns up at a high rate, they
might take their time and write an article about how to deal with that
one firsthand.
It is telling that two related German anti malware forums underwent a
DDoS attack not very long ago, although they don't communicate in
English. I am afraid the source of this attack was located in East
Europe, where there are still no decent anti computer sabotage laws,
but people like Leo Kuvaiev.
There is also still the obstacle that a lot of Germans don't have such
a good command of English, that they would even understand what the
message tries to tell them. So maybe they just throw this mail away
with the words, "anything in English must be Spam, I don't read it"
