display properties and home page hacked!

I don't know which site I visited but my system is infected with this
spyware/virus that I can't get rid of.
1) My desktop become blue with a message "Secruity warning, A fatal
error .... " in the middle. This turns out to be a graphic: wp.bmp with
blue background. I can't change the background color since the tab is
disappeared from my display properties. I have only "Screen save,
Effects, Setting" left as the tabs in Display properties.
2) In startup, it generates a file called se.dll. Even though I deleted
it, it would appear again. It's probably where the home page stores
addresses for search bar.
3) My homepage is hijacked to a URL about: blank but it's a invisible
URL with no actual web address. Changing the homepage from Options does
not help. It always go to this page and changed to full screen.
4) It also installed a program intel32.exe to my system that it tells
me that my system is hacked from system tray. After removing the file,
this program is removed so far.

How can I get my display options and homepage control back?

I think C:\WINNT\system32\pikk.dll is the culprit. Once removed, I have
home page control back. se.dll does not self-generate anymore. I used
Security Task Manager to find out the suspicious dll.
