It can't be "repaired" probably because it is the malware
itself, and not an infected file. As to why it can't be just
deleted, did the alert say why? Obviously it wasn't being
used by anything (or was it?). Where was it found? Was
it in a _restore folder (ME, XP)?
Could this be a batchfile that you created to delete
your temporary files? If it isn't, I would start to
wonder how it came to be on the system in the
first place. If you have shared your startup folder
with the outside world, it may be just a matter of
time before one of the "undetectable at this time"
trojans wipe out all of your files.
You should address this issue before you just
get that fuzzy "I am protected by AV" feeling.
