Yes... he brought all the paperwork with him. The password he uses to
access Panda's site for updates is NOT the same password he has to type
in this window that is popping up. It is apparently one he assigned
himself when he installed it. He can remember it easily because it's the
same one he uses for dialup and email. That window will not go away
without typing the right password in it. If I could find where to change
it, I'd change to to a blank password and then he could at least just
click and go when it comes up.

Yes, I see your point there. At least that's just a mouse click. He can
live with that. It's the one that comes up in the middle of the screen
asking for the password that is annoying.
I'll call him and get the exact version number and maybe I can find
something on Panda's site about it.
