Does anyone know how to cancel Norton antivirus subscriptions? I
looked all over their website but couldn't find anything on it.
I'd also like to know if it is possible to cancel it, will Norton give
me a partial refund?

Just let it expire. I don't believe you will get a partial refund though;
although it could be applied to an upgrade.
