TDS-3 is probably the best anti-trojan there is.
Its generic scan finds quite a lot of new nasties not in its database, well
worth the download for evalution, and well worth the price to keep.
It has daily updates, Today being thursday 19th... the database was updated
yesterday. It has 31905 references at time of writing
"TDS-3 References: 31905. Last updated Wed Feb 18 2004.
Other trojan type software you should download are Process Guard (prevents
process injection like Back Orifice 2000 uses) and Port Explorer. Both have
free evaluation trials and are both from DiamondCS
www.diamondcs.com.au
Try the free program Registry Prot. Prevents trojans writing to the
autostart registry, warns users whenever there's a new addition/alteration,
and you choose whether to allow it or not. They are currently developing
AutoStart Guard, which will do all autostart methods and not just autostart
registry.
