Post subject: avg missing .bin

ok tried an update this morning,stage 6 of 7 of the avg update fails each time,result update failed A .bin file is missing. I have uninstalled & tried to reinstall the free version from avg,but that fails too,with the same results. Please,I'm no pc guru,just the basic grasp of pc knowledge please keep it simple for me thank you people..
