Archived from groups: alt>comp>anti-virus (more info?)

It's possible that AVG free 7.0 updated don't find these viruses :

sp2hosts.exe W32/Sdbot.worm.gen.g
explorerx.exe W32/Sdbot.worm.gen.g

I found these on symantec security check online

why avg free isn't able to recognise these virus ?
because It's free ?
