I am considering using Zone Alarm Pro or Zone Alarm Internet Security Suite.
I don't know which one.
Both have built in Anti Virus software.
Would I be better protected by diabling the built in Anti Virus and adding
McAfee or Bit Defender.

Zone Alarm Pro does not have built in Anti Virus Software.
It does have Anti Spy ware though.

ZA Internet Security does have Anti Virus, and if you decided to buy that,
why disable it ?

I advice you to download the free version of Zonalarm, it has smaller
and wont slow down your pc. The paid versions have a lot of unnecessary
features.

You should then get AVG or Avast for very secure and robust virus
protection

And Superantispyware for Spyware or Spybot search and destroy

I've always used free ZoneAlarm but recently decided to trial the paid
version. I can confirm that it slowed down my machine.
