Could you pls reply with a link to the support forum. Earlier today, I had
one of their tech support morons claim that they had no problems with their
web site. Further, he claimed that my brand new Dell (unpacked Fri eve) may
have had a virus which prevented it from contacting only us.mcafee.com. Of
course, all other web sites were fine.
I've always heard that they were a 2nd rate product. Personally, even
though I'm not crazy about Symantec, I never got this kind of BS from them.
