I am tired of receiving a pop up telling me to up date my McAfee. I
have tried to delete it from my start up menu but it keeps reapearing.
Any suggestions?

Turn off Automatic Updates. What version are you using? Turn off Alerts.

Why not uninstall it and put somethign decent in its place? Kaspersky
6.0 or NOD 32?
