Adaware 6.1? - I keep reading that Adaware has a version 6.1 out. So I go to the Lavasoft website and download the latest version that even THEY as version 6.1. Yet, once it looks identical to the previous version in every respect ... it even..

Adaware Question - With the latest update from AdAware, it's now 20 files from Enigma's Spyhunter program as adware. These two programs have been for some time. Is there a way to have AdAware ignore Thanks! Scott

AdAware won't update - Hi all. This is the second time I had this, but don't exactly know what it is. One of my client's machines would run the internet based AV scanners, which would detect and remove various but when I tried to run..
Next:  Removing Spyware using Regedit and Using Adaware ..

Thanks, already got 'em. I was getting mighty annoyed when the prompts
began to the effect of "Your definitions are more than two weeks old,
so you really should check for updates"... and of course there were no
updates.

Make sure it downloads properly.....I had to download it from the website in
order to make it stick......it says it is d/l'ing the March one, but mine
stayed with the Feb. 16th one......happened to a few.

First Spybot with problems, now AdAware....hmmm.

That happened with me as well. I re-started Ad-Aware and downloaded it a
second time and this time it nominated that it had the 5/3/05 definitions file.
