Archived from groups: alt>comp>anti-virus (more info?)

Hi;
Yesterday someone sent a spam email from my Gmail account to all my
outlook contacts. It sent the emails in 3 groups with up to 99 mails
in each group. I did a virus check using AVG (latest updated verison)
and it found the trojan horse "Trojan horse Generic10.BHES" as a part
of AdbeRdr708_en_US.exe.

Needless to say I feel violated and wonder what the else this program
is doing / has been doing. I am now busy changing passwords to all my
accounts. Any other advice are welcome...
