I will. He tried it last night and it said he needed some program; he
couldn't recall the name. I asked him if he downloaded it and he said
he will have his son do it today. So I'll get more details, hopefully
tomorrow.

He said he thinks the virus is gone, thanks to malwarebytes. The pop
ups are gone, but AVG does still find it each time he turns on the
computer. I told him to quarantine it if he can't heal it.
