If you got it from a reputable source, the detection is almost certainly a false positive. Best to check
with the source and by submitting it to a couple of AV vendors for full checking, though.
If you got it from a torrent site or a warez site, it's quite likely infected. We had a student a couple
of weeks back very proud of avoiding paying for an antivirus program, until it turned out to be
carrying a virus itself...
