I installed the above program but it keeps on bringing up a message, that a
computer wants to sign on to my computer.

I checked the ID and it is indeed my own computer which is connected to a
D-link router. I have checked ion the Trend Micro page that comes up again
and again, that it is a TRUSTED computer and it is supposedly not to come up
again with a warning for this computer, but it does.

Have any of you experience this too with the Trend Micro Internet Security
PRO ?

It is very annoying.

I am trying to get to their CHAT support. I am connected at 8 PM, waiting
now 25 minutes and the service rep who is to come on "shortly" is still not
there.

Their support is for the birds. Both by phone and chat and e-mail.

"shortly", that is in their support CHAT room of Trend Micro.

Support is terrible.

The last update:

I waited 1 hour 20 minutes. Not ever a note how much longer to wait for a
techie to "come shortly to the session", always connected with an ID session
# but no support at all.

I would NOT recommend Trend Micro after these experiences. Consumer reports
is way wrong in giving them a #1 spot in their current issue.

Real live experiences do NOT support that at all.
