SuperAntiSpyware calls Burn4Free file a Trojan

About a week ago, I scanned my computer with superantispyware and it
called a file named B4FM.DLL in the C:\WINNT\system32 directory a
Trojan.Unclassified-Packed/Suspicious. I trust superantispyware so I
quarantined the file. I had been using a CD/DVD burning software called
burn4free but after it kept erasing my CD's I decided to uninstall the
program. During the uninstallation process it said that it could not
delete B4FM.DLL in the C:\WINNT\system32 directory. Does this mean that
burn4free installed a Trojan on my computer? The burn4free program ran
fine after the file had been quarantined and actually did a great job of
erasing one of my CD's that had some of my files which I burned onto it.
Has anyone else had Trojan/virus issues with this program? I did scan
the file with Kaspersky Internet Security 7 before quarantining it and
Kaspersky didn't detect any problems.
