Is "Spyware Doctor" by PC Tools compatible with an antivus program (ie
Panda) running at the same time? Or will they conflict like two virus
programs running at the same time?

Just to report.... the program is awesome. Small footprint (easy on
resources) and great protection. No conflict with my anti virus.

re Spyware Doctor - I have an oportunity to install a free Spyware Doctor with free updates til 2009. Is it any good? There are some shonky program and I have not heard of this one. Any advice apreciated.

Be careful with Spyware Doctor - If not set carefully, it runs in the background going through your cookies and deciding which ones should be removed. It removed one of my accounts from my bank site and I couldn't restore the account because the cookies didn't match up anymore. I..
