Now how about a post telling us all how to download and install the
update or can we be trusted to figure that out by ourselves?

One would hope so as, assuming you have the program, if you open it you'll
see the *Download Updates* button.

He said, "Update using the internal update feature." If you have the
program, you know what this means. If you don't have the program, the update
would be of no use to you.
