Best Source for F-Prot signature updates?

I've been in the habit of obtaining F-Prot signature updates
(fp-def.zip and macrdef2.zip) by ftp from

ftp.fsecure.com/anti-virus/updates/f-prot

Recently I've noticed that the contents of fp-def.zip files are
dated about 3 to 4 weeks earlier than the zip file itself.

For example, the last set downloaded was:-

fp-def.zip (26 April 2004) containing sign.def and fssign2.def
(both dated 29 March 2004).

Just wondering if there is a better source of these updates with
more up-to-date content?
