I am thinking of buying an OEM version of this software for around $9. How
does this compare to McAfee and Norton retail products?

Thanks in advance.

$9 is not a lot of money to invest in seeing if a product meets your
needs. Panda, however, is conspicuously absent from most comparatives
I've seen. Where it is compared, its detection rates are typically average.

Again, $9 is a cheap price, if it works for you.
