Hi,

im using PC-Cillin 2002 for some weeks now, because i got it with my new
motherboard.
i changed from ISDN to ADSL and since that time, PC-Cillin shows no
"attackers" in the firewall protokoll any more.

SInce i cant believemy firewall isnt attacked any more i wonder, why
PC-Cillin doesnt check the attacks any more.

What do you think about PC-Cillin 2002 - it looks quite easy to use and
doesnt need too much recources, but does it mork at all?
(i mean as AV its ok, but as a firewall it seems it cant even block
"calling home"-software like Norton Internet Security can)+

Tia and Greetings
Hannes

I'd suggest that you go to Trend's customer support page and read *all*
of the KB articles about TIS 2004 (Hint: there are 153). It's a very
good addendum to the help guide that comes with TIS. Keep in mind, the
firewall is not an application based firewall and you can only create
rules that control access to ports, protocols and IP addresses.

I upgraded to 2003 for 14.95 and it has a firewall.

Not had any problems
