If you use the auto update feature in Norton, it checks at least once a day,
but Norton usually only lets it out once a week, unless it sees a major
problem and then it will release an update(s) sooner.
However, you can go to the Norton site and use the 'Inteligent Updater'
option and get the latest update at any time. If you do that, select 'Open'
when it asks you if you want to save it and it will dl and install
automatically.
