Dear ladies and gentlemen, Following problem: If I migrate Symantec AV Server from version 10.0 to version 10.1, I get this error message: Es wurde kein Update-Status von 'servername' empfangen. Der Server wird entweder immer noch aktualisiert oder es ist ein Fehler auf dem Server aufgetreten. Möchten Sie auf den Serverstatus warten? If I choose Yes, the same message appears after a while. If I choose no, the installation stops. The eventlog shows following entry: ID: 11708 Quelle: MsiInstaller Produkt: Symantec AntiVirus - Installation fehlgeschlagen. I have searched in Symantec knowledge base and some groups, but I had no success. Could you help me?
