Hello,
I've Norton Internet security installed on my PC since last december,
but now since 2 or 3 weeks ago, i have problems with auto live update
of the virus definitions.
When there is an update available, it starts with the conection (icon with
antenne)
and after some time a popup appear in the lower right corner,
saying the NAV has been updated. But actual the date has NOT been updated.
So after a new PC poweron , the liveupdate starts again with the same
result.
However manual live update works !
I deinstalled NIS ( also with the file Nis2004 register removal) and
installed it again
as advised on symantec FAQ
After installation the same problem.
Does somebody recognize this problem and knows a solution or has a tip ?
