Archived from groups: alt>comp>anti-virus (more info?)

Hello There:

My Norton antivirus keeps finding a w32.spybot.worm virus but it says it
cannot delete it. I went to Symantec and followed all the instructions*
but it keeps comming back.

Is there anything I should know that I'm not doing to remove this
virus?

Thank you for your help.
