Kapersky antivirus has detected a trojan in a file in system32, the file is called tdmkey.dll/PE_Patch.UPX/UPX. The file could not be disinfected and the only other choice I have is to delete the file. Can I delete this file safely without affecting the performance of my computer?

Try a good antivirus software like avast or bit defender and scan your file it will help you get rid of this problem without deleting your file.

Sure! you could delete the detected Trojan without any hesitation. Could you let me know which version of Kapersky are you using? If you are using old version then I would like to recommend please upgrade your version so that you can use full facilities provided by Kapersky program. For any other query you may concern directly to Kapersky customer care services.

Avast is the best anti-virus you can have. Its because it detects the right problem in pc & provide better solution for it. Also i would like to say that there are certain programs in our pc that are not recognized by some of the spy-wares, hence they declares it as Trojan.
