After today's update, ez is doing damage.

It has killed off the exe files for Dragon Naturally Speaking and a
Sudoku program, claiming they contain a 'Win32/unknown' virus.

I'm sure these are ok.

I've notified CA but I don't expect them to take any notice but this
may at least save you worry if you get something similar.

I've simply used System Restore in XP to get back to a working setup
and told EZ not to update for three days.

Glad you mentioned it......when I started up just now, EZ Trust said I
had W32?? in Spybot twice.....one deleted, one there. I just ran a full
EZ Trust scan and nothing found. Sorry I didn't get the full name of
the trojan.....got a migraine.

Earlier I found that Firefox had been messed with and I had to sign in
and reset my home page. It just came up fine this time. Mysterious.

There have been at least 2 very small downloads in the last 24 hours.
And I haven't run into any false alarms again.

The Firefox problem was inadvertently caused by this young
lady.....sigh. I knew I would do what I did one day....but it is fine
now.
