He got busted stealing software, it was shutdown for a DMCA violation. I
heard about an mentioned it then Leythos the stalker confirmed it. I think
it's mighty particular that Leythos seems to know a lot about it. Just like
he knew about the DMCA attempt to shut me down last week (which failed) I
never mentioned anything about it but he some how knew. He also admitted he
filed many complaints on me and he did mention a few months ago about filing
a DMCA against me. He's what I think is going on. Leythos and David has
filed many fake abuse reports to my ISP, the proof is in my blog
http://pcbutts1-therealtruth.blogspot.com/, they all failed. He then files a
DMCA violation which also failed. Him and David had a falling out in another
NG here http://snipurl.com/tpit Leyhtos then filed another DMCA violation
this time to David's hosting company, then he comes here and tries to place
the blame on me.

*heh* Cute. I ask questions that are
linked to a known .NetL00n (Dustin Cook,
winner and nominated for numerous
koOK awards). And *I* get bashed by
the unreliable witness 'Leythos' for
rocking the malware/spyware boat.
Anyone can checkout Lipman's site if they
like.

Thanks Leythos for coming forward as
David's representative are updating us
with this information. Isn't it kind
of ironic that here we are discussing
DMCA takedowns and such, when the
actual subject matter is"Did David Lipman
supply malware to a known malware
spreader, Dustin Cook" *the funny bit*
When the criminal recently threatened to
take my website offline with a Denial of
Service attack, Terms of Service attack
and a *laughing* DMCA attack!!!
You must admit it's a sort of funny
indirect link, btw are you authorised
as David's mouthpiece to issue a denial
that he's been distributing malware to
the virus/malware spreading criminal
Dustin Cook?

Leythos, mate you let yourself down
with your scatty logic. Just a few posts
ago you claimed "You are a complete loon"
now you are asking if I am a loon?! Not
even a "complete loon". Meanwhile you
are dodging the real focus of this
thread which is to assertain if David
has spread malware to a R-E-A-L irresponsible
loon, Dustin Cook.
>

I see, so you haven't been made 'aware'
of the situation relating to Dustin Cook
braggarting about so called respected
anti-malware spreading malicious code
his way and David Lipman's involvement?
(question mark)
>
> Also, what proof do you have the David has done anything?

Mate, wind your neck in for a minute
okay... I'm asking David Lipman if he
has spread malware to dustin Cook, I've
not accussed him. He can simply deny it
if he hasn't. It's the loony Cook that
is running around claiming respected
anti-malware people are slipping him
malicious binaries.

You are talking about Butts yeah? Well
tell you what, let's see if this
mysterious company he alleges to sold
Spyerase to, materializes. What kind of
'fair' deadline shall we give him?
If the deadline expires and Butts is
still 'hot news' in this group, then we
can start asking difficult questions,
and have some fun at his expense, sound
okay to you?

LOL, and the complaint, filed on a Friday, left no time for a response
before the weekend started. It will be resolved on Monday as the authors
of WGET and proof that David created Multi-AV has already been presented.

Yep, I know because the people in the community that you pirate from
contact me to give me the details.

The community proved that you prirated the software from Stuart and you
had to remove it - claiming that you sold the technology of a "batch file"
which everyone knows is BS.

I personally can't file a DMCA complaint about you because you've never
stolen anything from me - I would have no grounds for it.
I have filed several complaints about content on your website due to the
Pornographic Nature. This was also done by others. It worked well, as you
removed the named material in short order.

I've never filed a fake anything with your ISP/Hosting providers, I've
always included your headers, your posting headers from other posts you
made, and the truth was the hosting providers to deal with.

LOL - David and I are friends, and you appear to have been the one
impersonating David and myself again, and again, as you have in the past -
since the posting host matches some of your other posts.
So, why are your filthy pages not still up?
So, why is your pirated code no longer online?

No, it's related to a faked complaint that was filed late on Friday, and
didn't provide enough time to resolve before the host legal department
closed until Monday.
Just give it a little time, the same exact site will be back online with

Until you show me that Dustin is a crook I can't accept your ideas or your
methods. As best I can tell, Dustin is a stand-up person, repented for
anything he may have done, and has been absolved for his past issues.

That's funny. I'd suggest you do some googling of long ago posts in ACV,
like "RAiD+ I hate people+January 1, 1999 to December 31, 2001", for
starters. Also for the same period "Dustin Cook + Graham Cluely". Maybe you
believe in sociopaths and liars redeeming themselves, like changing clothes.
Evidence abounds from numerous studies on criminal and deviant behavior to
suggest otherwise. Take this as constructive criticism, not a slag or a
troll. >> Stay informed about: Has David Lipman been providing malware to known malware c.. |

So the question stands, what has he done lately to cause one to believe
he's not on the good side?
Nothing I've seen in the last couple years indicates he's nothing less
than what he claims to be.

I don't think Dustin has repented at all. He doesn't see any harm in
viruses. He just hates spyware and Trojans I do tend to believe
him when he says he has outgrown his interest in writing viruses.
But that's quite a different thing from repenting. Apparently, then,
he has no interest now in writing any kind of malware, including
viruses. But that remains to be seen.

See my reply to Optikl regarding recent
activities of Raid[SLAM] (Dustbin Cook)
the sociopathic turd. Btw do you know
there is an illegal distribution of
material circulating the Internet atm
with a dedication to me(4Q) from your
whiter than white hero Dustin Cook?

Okay here is something malicious he
created 10th March 2007
http://groups.google.com/group/alt.privacy.spyware/msg/5488cc9630235881
I'll post a few of the malicious threats
he makes on a regular basis (recent)
if you need a bit more rope to hang
yourself with, ok. As I keep telling you
(allowances given for your denseness)
Dustin Cook continues to be an abuser,
he can't help himself, his personality
disorders without threatment mean he's
doomed to repeat his long history of malice.

You are doing an excellent job putting
holes in your own boat and sinking. I've
followed a few of your posts over the
past few months and noticed what you have
accussed me of fits you to a tee.
Ey, Leythos the stalker, how did you
manage to get a domain name in your
honor without being a "radical zealot",
"childish" and "lost any hope of bringing
people to your point of view".
Btw stupid, when is David coming along
to deny he's been distributing malware
to the known sociopath Dustin Cook.
