I have nortons anti virus software it picks it up but cant Clean it or even quarantine it or even access it but tells me its there on Scan type: Realtime Protection Scan Event: Virus Found! Virus name: Backdoor.Trojan File: C:\WINDOWS\System32\resd.dll Location: C:\WINDOWS\System32 Computer: CYBERCOMPUTER User: Tony Action taken: Clean failed : Quarantine failed : Access denied Date found: Sat Jul 24 00:02:24 2004 What do i do?
