first and foremost - it's not a hoax... your scanner doesn't report
hoaxes, hoaxes are things people send you to scare you needlessly...
when your scanner is scaring you needlessly it's called a false alarm...
second, i'm not sure from your description of the events, what actually
happened... did you click and norton prevented the execution of the BO2k
installer *OR* you clicked and norton did not prevent the execution of
the installer and now you have BO2K installed...
perhaps you don't even know which it is, if so please do the following -
scan your drive with norton and report back with the full results...
