I'm currently trying out the new Avast 4.1 Professional edition, but
just found out there is a home edition as well. Anyone know the
differences between the two other than price?

Thanks.

The pro has sheduled scanning including shutdown of pc after scan , home
doesnt athough theres a workaround (for scanning) using asquick.exe path in
task sheduler.Pro has script blocking features that home doesnt (although
small progs like script sentry or scriptrap essentially do the same job).Pro
has a command line scanner (only handy if you use command lines ) , home
doesnt.Basically if you look at the help files the difference between the
pro and home are the differnces between simple and enhanced user interface.
