Norton Antivirus forget password

Hello,

i have to work first time with norton antivirus corporate edition on a
win 2000 server. On the server i logged on as administrator. Now, i
can´t add planning tasks in antivirus software. It seems, i´am not
logged on as admin. I saw one task, but it´s show with a black bolt. I
can´t edit it.

What have i to do get an administrator login and can add virus check
tasks?
