Post subject: Adaware Problem
Archived from groups: alt>comp>anti-virus (more info?)

Anyone else having problems updating latest adaware update.It stays on 5%
downloaded.Ive tried uninstall then reinstall same thing.And me firewall
does allow it access to update.

I've had the same problem. Just depends I think on how busy their server is.
Another time it went VERY fast.

Had exactly the same problem, followed Silj's advice and did a manual
update. But just tried again and it worked fine! All good things come to he

Had exactly the same problem, followed Silj's advice and did a manual

AdAware won't update - Hi all. This is the second time I had encountered this, but don't exactly know what it is. One of my client's machines would run the internet based AV scanners, which would detect and remove various viruses/trojans/worms, but when I tried to run....
