AVG found this one on boot, (Although it conveniently missed it as it was
apparently d/l'd onto the PC) but cannot remove it. I don't see any info on
it on any of the major sites, and google has nothing.
It's found in file D:\WINNT\system32.log.dll

Any tips on removal?

TIA,
Mike

Uh, No?
Can't just delete, you get a sharing violation. And when you log in in safe
mode, or browse from another OS, the file is not there.
Help?

Is your "another OS" set to display hidden files?
If so, then that file is probably created at runtime and you'll need to
get rid of the cause, not the effect.

Try both Ad-Aware and Spybot. If no go, then use HijackThis. With
the latter, you'll need to use your own discretion as to what to keep
and what to remove.
