Is your "another OS" set to display hidden files?
If so, then that file is probably created at runtime and you'll need to
get rid of the cause, not the effect.
Try both Ad-Aware and Spybot. If no go, then use HijackThis. With
the latter, you'll need to use your own discretion as to what to keep
and what to remove.
