Post subject: AVG daily updates
Archived from groups: alt>comp>anti-virus (more info?)

I've noticed that since downloading the latest version of AVG Free Edition,
that the daily update files are much smaller than previous downloads,
usually under 100Kb instead of the 3,600Kb+ under the previous version. Can
anyone else verify that this is the case, or has my PC been hijacked ? I
have been having problems loading browser windows lately such that I have to
reboot regularly after only loading a couple of web pages )error message
'Cannot find server - Microsoft Internet Explorer ... The page cannot be
displayed' ).

Thanks in advance, Brad
